Regarding Global and European Money Week, we organized a series of lectures over two days.
On Tuesday, March 21, from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. in classroom 109, professors Snježana Pervan Primorac and Ana Špirelja Gruić organized lectures in cooperation with the Croatian Chamber of Commerce.
The planned lecture schedule is:
- Introductory presentation – Matija Vujević, Croatian Chamber of Commerce
- Banking and personal finance management – Zagrebačka banka d.d.
- The role and importance of insurance – Marijana Đuranec, Merkur osiguranje d.d.
- Capital market and role of the Zagreb Stock Exchange – Melita Marčeta, Zagrebačka burza d.d.
- The importance of financial literacy for young people and the role of HANFA with an emphasis on financial fraud and cryptocurrencies – Anja Tkalčević/Branka Bjedov Kostelac
On Thursday, March 23, from 12 noon to 3 p.m., two lectures held in classroom 109:
- Finances are in – Snježana Pervan Primorac, prof.
- Can mathematics make us rich? – Ana Špirelja Gruić, prof.
(Mathematics will certainly enrich you, at least spiritually if nothing else.)
The lectures are a project activity of the Erasmus+ Green STEM project.
