Mobility in Ljubljana

Gimnazija Vič (Ljubljana, Slovenia) hosted three schools as part of the Green STEM project from April 15th to 19th. These included V. High School from Zagreb, PSU Algoritam Centar from Skopje, and Colegiul National Dragos Voda from Romania. The project covers various fields including physics, chemistry, biology, history, art history, robotics, computer science, mathematics, and artificial intelligence. It focuses on upgrading and innovating teaching methods by introducing new subjects, thematic content, models, practical exercises, and project work. Both teachers and students participated in the activities held at our school. Each morning, various activities took place, including lectures, practical exercises, workshops, and meetings for teachers to discuss the prepared content and workshops, which serve as examples of good practice and can be incorporated into teaching by all teachers to enhance their lessons. All materials prepared are also available on the shared digital platform. In the afternoons, numerous activities were also organized. On Tuesday, we explored our capital city and its main attractions. On Wednesday, we enjoyed numerous experiments and adventures prepared for us at the House of Experiments. Thursday morning was reserved for a visit to the Museum of Modern Art. In the afternoon, we all went on a trip, first visiting the Postojna Cave and then the Predjama Castle. Despite the busy schedule, we learned a lot and gained valuable experience through the exchange of ideas, new knowledge, and socializing. In October, we look forward to the final mobility in Romania.
